Please add the Income Survey to Online Enrollment

With the USDA allowing for free lunch for all students next year, the income survey may be the only way we can collect income data for LCAP/LCFF. Having it available in both Online Enrollment, Data Confirmation or the Parent Portal as a separate form would be beneficial for all districts who will be affected by this. Parents will not want to complete a Free/Reduced application if not required.
Adding the income survey to the online application would not only eliminate another form for parents to fill out by hand, the district would save the paper and space to store these forms. PLEASE add the income verification to the online application process. It would be most helpful during audits as well!

Only some of our school sites are CPC sites, so it would be nice if we could not only add the income survey to Online Enrollment, but also choose which sites it displayed for.

Adding the income survey in online enrollment would be extremely beneficial as it would then only collect data for new students instead of all students through data confirmation. We have collected our base year data this school year and will only need to collect this from new students next school year. The current setup in data confirmation does not allow us to do this.
