Everything collected in Data Confirmation should be in Online Enrollment *and* when an OE record is imported the DCL should update to reflect that all the data was collected.

We are switching to Provision 2 School District and need to collect Alt Income data for only new students during non-base years. Thank you.

Income survey needs to be completed for new students during enrollment. CEP districts can not collect this data from families during non-base years.

It doesn't make sense that the income survey would be available for Data Confirmation but not for new families?.... We need it in the Online Enrollment as well as Data Confirmation.

I think this feature would make it a lot easier to track FR Meal Programs for Fall 1 and to sync with our POS Meal System.

The income survey was a very impactful for our school district. However, it is proving to be incompatible in its ability to handle the SPRG for Calpads. I wish the system would be able to manage Direct Cert and income application coming in via Titan (through the NSLP import) and those through the Parent Data Confirmation. I have had to manually go into each student that has a Calpads error due to NSLP duplication or overlapping and delete records. (see attachment)

If you are a CEP district and you collect data at any other time, you invalidate the 4 yr process and your baseline starts over. But you can collect the data when the student enrolls.
The income survey NEEDS to be in AIR. ALL CEP districts need this information when students enroll. -

The income survey is the only way to collect income data for LCAP/LCFF. Our district spends many hours entering and maintaining this data in Aeries. Making this available in both Online Enrollment and Data Confirmation would save us time and make the process far more accurate.

With the USDA allowing for free lunch for all students next year, the income survey may be the only way we can collect income data for LCAP/LCFF. Having it available in both Online Enrollment, Data Confirmation or the Parent Portal as a separate form would be beneficial for all districts who will be affected by this. Parents will not want to complete a Free/Reduced application if not required.

Adding the income survey to the online application would not only eliminate another form for parents to fill out by hand, the district would save the paper and space to store these forms. PLEASE add the income verification to the online application process. It would be most helpful during audits as well!

Only some of our school sites are CPC sites, so it would be nice if we could not only add the income survey to Online Enrollment, but also choose which sites it displayed for.
