CALPADS - LEAP Extract 2025/26 academic year
CALPADS announced a new LEAP extract file to be submitted for the Expanded Learning Program code 194. The LEAP extract will be part of the EOY submission beginning in 2025/26 school year. Aeries will create an extract process in CALPADS Extracts EOY tab. The file will be used to report the number of days a student participated in the Expanded Learning Program.

For those that are not using supplemental attendance to track ELOP are their plans to include something on the special program page for code 194 to indicate days attended?
