Import Data to Aeries - allow importing into the PGS - Program Services table

Need to allow for Mass Adding Programs Services to the PGS Table.

Previously this was possible with a change query, however since Program Services is now a separate table this needs to be refined.

    Having to add hundreds or PGS records is time consuming and allows too much room for error.

    Our district has over 2,000 records every year. And for every one... we have to put each service in manually. For each Title 1 program record.
    Separating the services from the PGM table was (in my opinion) the worst programming mistake Aeries has ever made. PLEASE do not make us wait until NextGen to fix this.

    Hello Tamika, has there been any headway on this potential import? Manually entering 122 Services Received for 600 students is not time efficient at all. SOS!!

    Mass add would be great, manual entry is a bear.

    Seeing lots of talk on this issue in the listserv. I only have my CDS school with targeted Title 1, so it's just a handful of students that services need to be added to, but I can definitely see the benefit of having this ability.

    Extremely time consuming, please find a way to make this easier for districts. Almost all of our schools in my district are targeted this year. It's a ton of data to input.

    This would be extremely helpful since importing pgm records results in fatal calpads errors as program services is blank. Since many students qualify for this program for various reasons, this is a very time intensive process to update the program record.

    I'm voting to support Linda, Faith and Stacy. Some of these request are old but obviously needed to complete their jobs in a timely manner. Thank you Aeries for any assistance you can provide for these hard working Ladies!!!!!!

    We really need the ability to be able to mass add PGS records in the PGM table. It is so time consuming to add one record at a time.

    It is ridiculous that you can not mass add to this table any longer. Mass adding makes it show up in query so it looks like the data is there, but when you open up the student there is nothing there. This makes no sense and makes it extremely hard to manage! This needs to be fixed!

    This is very important for AUSD as we have to manually add the services and somehow our students are receiving more than 1 services.
