One of our site secretaries is suggesting:
"It advises us if a parent completes an online enrollment. It does not notify us if an enrollment is incomplete (called partial) for our school. It should
There is a partial list we can filter for our school, but we all have to remember to look at it. I had not remembered it until someone called to ask if I had their enrollment"

Online Enrollment - Print All Uploaded Documents
When printing applications from Aeries Online Enrollment, the attachments automatically print as well. This will eliminate having to go in individually to print each document the parent uploads.

In the other district enrollment section, add a "No Previous School" checkbox be added to the top of the page so that parents enrolling students for the first time in a US school can check that and move on to the next page.

Online Enrollment/Data Confirmation - Medical History - Certification Confirmation for No Medical History
Add a confirmation check box on the Medical History Page where the parent can click that states something like "I confirm/certify that my student does not have any medical conditions." Even better would be that they have to check this box or add a medical condition record before moving on to the next page.

Make Online Enrollment Queue Editable
It would be ideal if we could change items in the online enrollment queue such as academic year, grade, birthdate, etc. Parents make mistakes and there's no way to update the queue. We use this information in our enrollment projections and have to keep remembering when a record is displaying the wrong year or grade. It would also be good to be able to add a note next to the record (which is already another Aeries Idea). Online Enrollment - Save a PDF copy of the Enrollment Confirmation report to student documents
When you view enrollments in Online Enrollment there is a Enrollment Confirmation report that can be viewed. This report takes the place of our enrollment forms when creating a **. It would simlify our process if a PDF of this report was automatically saved to Student Documents (just like the documents that parents upload) when the enrollment was imported into Aeries. Then when someone goes to create the ** they can print that report along with the other documents all at once.

For Online Enrollment for Supplemental Questions . English, can hold up to 1024 characters, while the translation texts can hold 500 characters. We would like the translation text to hold as many characters as English.

Online Enrollment / Data Confirmation - Fillable Forms
I made all my documents fillable PDF forms and uploaded them to Aeries portal documents; however, Online Enrollment and Data Confirmation in the document section instead of having the parent download the document and then re-upload the document, (which takes up more time), it would benefit the parent/guardian to make this section a little more user friendly and more efficient if the parents can just click on the PDF form, fill it out, and electronically sign or type in their name.
