CALPADS Summer ELPAC Testing tab - Adjust to work with SSID Match Tool Redesign
The CALPADS Summer ELPAC Testing tab in CALPADS Extracts needs to be updated to align with the CALPADS SSID Match Tools redesign.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 05/27/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:
School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts:
- The CALPADS Summer ELPAC Testing process has been enhanced to include utilizing the SSID Match tool.
- The Identifiers tab now has an option available when creating SSID identifiers for Summer ELPAC testing. The process will work with the SSID Match tab and the SENR extract that can be downloaded upon completion, will include the appropriate academic year and Start Date for pre-enrolling students in the next school year.
- On the Summer ELPAC Testing tab, these processes have been enhanced to align with the CALPADS redesign.
- The SINF extract for Summer ELPAC Testing is now available allowing for an SINF extract to be created for students taking the ELPAC test during the summer. This ensures that Parent and Address Information is uploaded into CALPADS so they can be applied to Student Score Reports when they become available.
- The SENR button was moved to the Legacy Extracts area since this process has been replaced with the SSID Match Tools process. The button still functions as it did before and does not comply with the CALPADS redesign changes.

It would be great if this could be developed ASAP. This is the 2nd summer that we haven't been able to utilize this tool, and we have over 1000 students every year that take the IELPAC.

I put an Aeries ticket in for Flash 279. They are stating you must upload the SINF for the ELPAC Testing in Summer. However you cannot do that in the Summer ELPAC Testing process in CALPADS Extract.

Why is this an idea? Aeries clearly has two processes that are not functioning fully as they do not work together, so why isn't this a bug? Also, how has this been sitting for an entire year with no movement? You realize that without the use of the SSID match tool, we either have to match one-by-one or pull SSIDs that create MIDs in CalPads. This is a HUGE issue so why isn't this being addressed?
