The scope of work required to allow 2-digit attendance codes, and manage the effects throughout the attendance feature will only be able to be accomplished as part of a future modernization effort for the Attendance feature.

An error occurred while saving the comment Anita Reeding commentedMost of our incoming student data is coming from SchoolMint. In SchoolMint, apartment number is a separate field, and when we sync the data into Aeries via API, the apartment number doesn't always come in cleanly because they are concatenating the two fields together. CALPADS allows for address line 2, so this field could map there for CALPADS.

I would like to resurrect this idea! We have so many issues every year with the schools picking whatever they want out of the courses table with no knowledge of what that course actually is. PowerSchool actually has a function like this where every school has their own course catalog. The courses are district-wide, but you have the ability to permission the courses to each school. So courses like English 9 would be permissioned for every high school, but specific CTE courses would be permissioned only to the sites that actually teach that pathway.
