Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 5/12/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Free and Reduced Lunch — Income Eligibility Guidelines: Added the 2026-2027 school year Income Eligibility Guidelines to the usysFRE.config file. Schools can now correctly determine student eligibility for Free and Reduced-Price Meals for the new school year based on the updated household-size income thresholds published by the USDA.

Aeries team - has this been completed? If not, how long will it take. We have had to delay our re-enrollment process due to the delay in the alternative income form (for 26-27) being available. Thanks.

We need this updated as soon as possible. Ideally, we were hoping to have it ready by May 1st.

Is there any progress update? Our district wants to start PDC in May but cannot move forward until this is in place.

This would be a very helpful update. Having the 2026–2027 Free and Reduced Income Survey guidelines built directly into PDC ensures districts are using current eligibility thresholds and reduces the need for manual updates. Since the income survey plays a key role in funding and student services, timely alignment with new guidelines is critical. Strongly support prioritizing this enhancement.

I believe the USDA income levels are now available. When might the alternative income survey be completed?
We are trying to launch our re-enrollment as soon as possible (as the numbers impact our budgeting/projections for next year), and need the alternative income form to be part of it.
