Hello, this idea has been completed in the 7/30/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts -The Student Enrollment extract (SENR) now allows additional enrollment records to be extracted in order to accommodate students graduating during the summer. See How to Report Summer Grads for CALPADS Submission.

This is extremely necessary. We also have many grads that are awaiting for their Transcript to be printed. I am hoping that an update for this will be coming soon.

Can we no longer just put the summer graduation date as the grad date in the previous school year? This is what we've always done. Was there a CALPADS Flash that I missed about this? And would the one day graduation record for a Summer 2024 grad go in 2023-24 or 2024-25? We've already done rollover.

For summer graduates, we typically only enter the completion status and graduation date in the student demographics at the home school and manually create a one-day enrolment in CALPADS to graduate the student.
It would be nice if Aeries can generate the CALPADS enrollment record based on the completion date and status from the student demographic record (not from ENR). Also, allow the user to limit the generated records by date range since we may extract CALPADS records multiple times during summer. -
