    We are tracking info from the CDE on what the changes for Attendance Accounting will be for the various types of instruction covered by AB 176. As soon as we have all the information they intend to collect, and what the draft audit guidelines are, we can begin development on what changes we need to make for the upcoming school year, to be sure our customers can track the information needed for this reporting.

    The audit guide is posted and the requirement to track this data needed to comply is extensive. We need a solution for our teachers and staff to be complient.

    It also would be nice to have all student groups: SPED, FOSTER, HOMELESS, RACE ETH, EL, SOC EC. All the groups we refer to in the CA Dashboard would be great.

    This is important please add as soon as possible. We are in the process of purchasing another system to track this type of thing and that is unfortunate to have another expense when it can be easily resolved with adding student group selections.

    We are re-evaluating this idea to determine if the ASVAB scores can be imported into Aeries. We are gathering feedback from our customers that could help us move forward with this request.

    • What type of file is received, is it in a specific format. txt, csv, excel or does it have options?
    • Is there an option to receive information, such as a birthdate, and Last Name, First Name and Middle name in separate columns?
    • If your district can provide us a recent copy of the ASVAB results file received that comes directly from Military Testing, unaltered, please submit a ticket with the attached file so we can evaluate the data in the file.
    • Is only having the AFQT score imported enough? Do subgroups need to be included? Note that only the AFQT score is being collected in ECDS (i.e., the results for all sections are not being collected).

    It would be helpful to be able to import Credential information from Escape in to the Aeries STC table.
