Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 7/2/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
CA:
Reports > Home Language Survey - The report was added to provide a printable copy of the Home Language Survey questions and answers from online enrollment (LAC.L1, LAC.L3, LAC.L2, LAC.L4) along with legal instructions and electronic signature. The electronic signature is populated from the Survey Completed By (LAC.HCB) and Survey Completed Date (LAC.HLD) fields on the Language Assessment page. A report option allows you to print only surveys that are signed or not signed. The report can be printed in English or Spanish languages. See Home Language Survey Report

Yes please! As I look at EL Master plans from other districts, many many of them have listed as a component of their federally required EL procedures to "print and place in the cumulative folder a signed copy of the home language survey".
Those of us using Aeries online enrollment to collect HLS currently have no means of printing this out as a separate item!

It would be helpful for our district to be able to isolate in a PDF/report the questions asked in the Language Information section of Online Enrollment. Since this information needs to be sent with cumulative files etc, it would be nice to collect it electronically, but also produce a paper copy if needed with just those questions.
