    This happens multiple times a year in our district.

    As an option, I would ask for a way to remove the ability of users being able to delete these enrollments, and reserve that power to super admins.

    Yes! I second the motion to make Keep queries work for this AND I second the motion to have an option to pull only the most recent record for the student, or to have the records pulled using a date range. Our auditors ask for these EVERY year and I have to hand them quite a stack of papers, and have a secretary manually sort through THOUSANDS of pages on the PDF to print out student by student the 30-40 we needed.
