    This happens multiple times a year in our district.

    As an option, I would ask for a way to remove the ability of users being able to delete these enrollments, and reserve that power to super admins.

    Yes! I second the motion to make Keep queries work for this AND I second the motion to have an option to pull only the most recent record for the student, or to have the records pulled using a date range. Our auditors ask for these EVERY year and I have to hand them quite a stack of papers, and have a secretary manually sort through THOUSANDS of pages on the PDF to print out student by student the 30-40 we needed.

    The ability to print the completed Home Language Survey from online enrollment as its own form is planned to be released by mid Q2. Prior to developing and releasing the actual report, some foundational work will be developed and released beforehand to support it.

    Yes please! As I look at EL Master plans from other districts, many many of them have listed as a component of their federally required EL procedures to "print and place in the cumulative folder a signed copy of the home language survey".

    Those of us using Aeries online enrollment to collect HLS currently have no means of printing this out as a separate item!
