Hello, this issue has been resolved in the 4/27/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Parent/Student Portal - The Staff ID is now hidden on the Student Demographics, Course Attendance, and Special Ed pages.

Displaying the counselor staff id in student demographics is like displaying their social security number. Confidential information should not be shown in Aeries, especially to parents and students. It shouldn't even be a part of the display on the demographics page. Please protect the confidentiality of our employees by hiding this number. Thank you.

We need a way to have counselor names visible without identifying information such as employee ID number.

Why are teachers assigned numbers in Aeries, and do counselors have to use their staff ID number(this is the same number when we call personnel, benefits, and payroll to identify ourselves to access private information)?
