An error occurred while saving the comment Added on behalf of Adelfa Kubu Beverly Hills Unified School District: This is an important tool to have so our counselors can have a fresh slate year to year. However, it would also be helpful to select the SED.TY code to mass delete since the counselors may choose to keep the SED.TY = S or SED.TY = T. Absent a mass delete function, it would be great if we could run a CHANGE Query to remove any codes in the SED.ID2 field so when we run the scheduler it won't contain any data. At this time, I was able to run a CHANGE query only on the SED.TY.

Add Field Level Security to Medical History (MHS) Table
Allow districts to have field level security to Medical History (MHS) Fields
Every year as parents complete the Data Confirmation Process they update their child's "Age" and "Grade" only on the Medical History page which causes our nurses to receive hundreds of unnecessary emails from Aeries. As a result, SVUSD would like to hide "Age" and "Grade" from parents in the Aeries Parent Portal.
