Added on behalf of Adelfa Kubu Beverly Hills Unified School District: This is an important tool to have so our counselors can have a fresh slate year to year. However, it would also be helpful to select the SED.TY code to mass delete since the counselors may choose to keep the SED.TY = S or SED.TY = T. Absent a mass delete function, it would be great if we could run a CHANGE Query to remove any codes in the SED.ID2 field so when we run the scheduler it won't contain any data. At this time, I was able to run a CHANGE query only on the SED.TY.
