Hello, this issue has been resolved in the 2/9/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
CALPADS Extracts - The CRSE extract now allows using the MST.CID (Class ID) if populated, instead of the section number as part of the Class ID, which enables correct counts in the CALPADS 3.1 Class Size - By Content Area Report for classes that are combined into one class with the same teacher but different section numbers. Has this been addressed? Fall 2 reporting is in full swing and hoping this has been corrected.

To help clarify, for classes where 2 or more sections of the same course content are offered in the same period, room, teacher, this will give all those sections the same Class ID in the extract in order to count the total student combined as one class, instead of separate small classes which make the class size averages seem really low on the 3.1 Class Size enrollment CALPADS report.
