Standards Based Grades with Two Teachers
Currently in Standards Based Grades, if there are two teachers in a job share or team teaching situation, only the primary teacher has access to data entry on the Grades page, even though both or all staff ID numbers have been entered on that Teacher record or MST section record.

Standards Based Grades Comments- Mass Add and Translations
On the Standards Based Grades (SBG) -
1. We would like to be able to add Correspondence Languages for the comments like the Valid Marks tab.

Currently SBG only allows for 4 grading windows - increase this up to 6 or more to allow the use of progress reports.

Standards Based Comments - Add a Word Count
Some teachers tend to write too much and don't know that comments will get cut off once printed. If there was a word count we could estimate a max and the teachers could fix before printing.

Add Work Habits Grade Values to the Secondary Standards Based Legend
Currently, only the Conduct grade values display on the legend. If a district only issues Work Habits grade values, they do not display on the legend.

Single Page Elementary SBG Report Card
Allow customization of the elementary report card, to allow for a single-page SBG report card. This would be the same as the current 2-page 2-column format, except on one single page, with the comments on the first page. Very useful for schools that have just a few standards to report on.

Initialize New SBG Grading Cycle for One Section for Elem w/MST
I would like to request an option be added to the Initialize New Standards Based Grading Cycle table where users can update for one section for schools set up as Elem w/MST, similar to how the Initialize New Grade Reporting Cycle is set up. Currently we are only allowed to create/update SBG for one student at a time and it would be nice to update an entire section of students when needed.

Font Changing for Standard Based Grade Comments
Standard Based Grade Comments - copying and pasting comments adds "Smart Quotes" or sometimes html text and changes the font. Need to strip the "Smart Quotes" when saving comments.

Elementary SBG Should Honor Master Schedule Exclude Codes In Flex Scheduling
Some classes need to be excluded from Standards Based Grades. At the secondary level, we use the Exclude Codes on the Master Schedule sections to exclude sections from Grades. At the elementary level, tagging a section with the "Exclude from Grades" or "Exclude from Attendance And Grades" codes do not remove those sections from Standards Based Grades. Because of this we have to run skip queries to skip students in those sections when running standards based grade report cards.

Display SBG Grading Window for Teachers
The Grades (GRD) report card indicates the start and end dates for the grading window when teachers access the Grades screen, but the start and end dates for SBG report card are not displayed in the Standards Based Grades screen.
Can the start and end dates for the SBG grading window be displayed on the Standards Based Grades screen too?
Having this information on the screen will really be helpful for the elementary teachers, so they can finish their report cards on time.

Standards Based Progress Dashboard - Display Current Term Marks on y-axis and on Gradebook Details > Standards
Modify the y-axis on the Standards Based Progress Dashboard to display the current term Mark values when the Portal Option > Grades > "Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks)" is set to True.
Also modify the "calculated" values in the Standards Based Progress Dashboard Details to use the current term Mark values when the Portal Option > Grades > "Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks)" is set to True.

Increase the font on the Standards Based Report Card

Provide the option to add an image in SBG report card anywhere in the body.
Allow customization of SBG report card layout build by allowing (1) portrait with three columns with the left-hand side column being English (correspondence language) and the other right-hand side column be in another language (e.g. home language). The middle column would be the grade that the student received. This would allow for families to read/view the report card, as well as the student.

SBG Grade Reports when using Flex Scheduling
We are using Flex Scheduling for our Elementary schools. Currently when printing a class set of report cards, the system pulls students from Course Attendance which means that a teacher gets the report card for students who are no longer in their class. We would ask that an option be included on the print report cards screen to pull students from the current schedule rather than the Course Attendance.

Allow viewing a template in Landscape when creating Standards Based Grade Templates
Would like to be able to view a template in Landscape when creating Standards Based Grade Templates, instead of having to navigate out of the template to view as I edit it.
