Enhance SBG Report Card Selection – Replace “ALL” Option with Grade‑Level Checkboxes
When printing Standards Based Report Cards using the "All" grade level option from the SBG Dashboard, the system applies the layout of the lowest configured grade to every report card in the batch — regardless of what layout other grades are set to use. For example, if PS is configured as Landscape and TK–6 are configured as 2-Column Portrait, selecting "All" will print everything in Landscape. The only current workarounds are to print one grade at a time, or change all grades to share the same layout.
Replacing the "All" button with selectable grade-level checkboxes would give administrators direct control over which grades to include in a print run, and would eliminate the risk of one grade's layout overriding the rest. This would also:
Prevent report cards from printing for grade levels outside the school's configured range
Avoid generating blank report cards for grades with no student data
Make it easy to select all grades at once when they share the same layout, without the system applying the wrong format
This change would make SBG report card printing predictable and aligned with how each school's grades are actually configured.
