Discipline (DIS) - The Student Discipline Record Report should only print the Staff member's first and last name.
The Student Discipline Record Report prints the staff member's full name, including middle name. Requesting that it not include the staff member's middle name, similar to how the Student Assertive Discipline Record Report (ADS) prints only first and last name of staff member.

SSA date from a previous district
Need the ability to input an Assertive Discipline record that can be tagged as a violation at a previous school...used solely to track an SSA violation from a previous district. At our court school and some other schools, teachers need to know if a student has had a SSA violation from a previous district, but we don't want to input it manually as it could be confusing as to why they have an SSA date that doesn't match any Assertive Discipline records at the current school. Assertive Discipline Report that aligns with CA Dashboard
We have a need to monitor Suspension data and compare it with the California Dashboard. There is currently no report that can be easily pulled and compared to the dashboard. We want to see the actual number of students who have been suspended at least once in the school year, broken down by subgroup (gender, ethnicity/race and disability) as well as overall. We also want to see a total days of suspension for each student and we would like to be able to see the Suspension rate indicator that is on the CA Dashboard.
We thought about Analytics first but…

Discipline Dashboard - Users need Delete permission for student demographic data in the Download Details file
When a user without the Delete permission on ADS runs the Download Details file from Discipline Dashboard, they don't get student ID or name. They at least need the ID so they can identify the student on each of the incident record.
Please let the users be able to see this data on the Download Detail file.

I would like to add a Staff Member as a Victim when a staff member is assaulted.

Add the incident number to the Suspension Attendance report
This is a great report for cross checking discipline data. It would be a complete cross check if it included the incident number.

Add the "Copy" button to the DIS page.
Add the "Copy" button to the DIS page. ( when enabling the Advanced features for DIS. ) the "Copy" button is removed. We are wanting to use this for keeping track of PBIS. ( a 2nd feature could be adding multiple codes to a single DIS record which would limit the need to "Copy" - "Copy" would still help when multiple students are involved in the same situation.

Add Incident ID’s to Discipline similar to Assertive Discipline
Currently, it isn’t possible to connect students that are involved in the same discipline incident, like you can with Assertive Discipline. Is it possible to submit a request to Aeries to add a feature like that so that they can anonymously connect multiple students to an incident?

Teacher Email Alerts for Administrative Decisions
Need the ability for Teachers to be alerted when students enrolled in their class have received an Administrative Decision such as placement in In School Suspension or DAEP.

Suspension Letter ADS descriptions in SOC
Suspension letter - Enhance so If 2 ADS codes have the exact same description in SOC allow them to print together. Currently it only prints one code.

Discipline Entry Notification - NON Teacher Adds
Add the ability for the email address defined in Portal Options on the Miscellaneous Tab to receive alerts anytime an admin enters DIS records in addition to when a teacher enters DIS.

Expulsion letter text editor page
Would like to have an Expulsion Letter text editor page much like the Suspension and Discipline letter text editor page. This will need the ability to customize the return date to TBD or a district chosen option.

Add a link that links to Ed Code - legislative law - for the suspension/expulsion codes to provide resource information to assertive discipline staff

Page of Ed Codes for back of Suspension letter
One of our sites mentioned that they are required to have the list of codes for the back of their suspension letters. Currently they have to print out their suspension letter then print on the back side of the page to include the codes. Could this be an automatic option to include a code page?

Discipline - add multiple consequences
Have the ability to add in more than one consequence. This is referring to the Discipline page, not the Assertive Discipline page.

Victims - Add a time field
Please add a field for time on the victims page. The time slot on the discipline page is only useful if discipline was associated with the victim incident, an incident such as alleged bullying would not have a discipline incident.
