Allow districts to set the threshold birthdate for Early-TK qualification
Our district has extended our Early TK to include those with birthdays from 7/1 - 8/31, but the 7/1 date is hardcoded and we're not able to adjust to allow those additional 2 months

Online Enrollment - Enable by School Site
I would love it if we were able to turn on On-line Enrollment site by site. Our High School would like to enable 23/24 On-line Enrollment now however the other school sites in our district are not ready, so the High School has to wait.

Online registration
Since there is the capability to have the online enrollment process answer the Authorization questions why can that not contribute to the Data Confirmation Status report. Is does not make sense to have a parent come in to the registration dept handling all the necessary questions and paperwork to only be told that they have to go home log into the portal and complete the data confirmation. Make Online Enrollment Queue Editable
It would be ideal if we could change items in the online enrollment queue such as academic year, grade, birthdate, etc. Parents make mistakes and there's no way to update the queue. We use this information in our enrollment projections and have to keep remembering when a record is displaying the wrong year or grade. It would also be good to be able to add a note next to the record (which is already another Aeries Idea). For Online Enrollment for Supplemental Questions . English, can hold up to 1024 characters, while the translation texts can hold 500 characters. We would like the translation text to hold as many characters as English.

Online Enrollment - Resident Parent Screen
Please remove the "Does this parent/guardian live with the student?" question and drop-down list from the Resident Parent screen. As this is the resident parent screen, CON records created from this screen should have a CD value of P1 or P2 and a LW value of Y.

We need an infant grade level. Using -3 would be fine.
We serve students from birth through 12th grade. It would be helpful to have infant as a grade-level below preschool.

Online Enrollment - Questions and Codes Tab
We would like to be able to edit the response text for Online Enrollment as we do for Online Data Confirmation. Right now we have currently enrolled families filling out the online data confirmation and answering authorization questions with responses as "Granted" or "Denied". Then we have new families enrolling and answering the same questions through the online enrollment process but their responses are being recorded as "Yes" or "No".

Online Enrollment Import - Implement Auto-Scroll To Top of Page for "Find Matches" Button
When clicking on the "Find Matches" button on a very long list of "Pending Import" records, the "Find Matches" window that appears in the foreground always appears at the top of the page, with the pending import records grayed out in the background, HOWEVER, the window remains at the bottom of the page where the record is listed.
This has been confusing for our users who do not realize they have to scroll back up to the top of the page to see the "Find Matches" window with some users thinking the application is broken since they do not immediately…

Add a Column / Feature for "Recommended Fields"

We would like items to be highlighted, but not required for submitting.
- Add a column (or multiple columns ) and option for "Recommended Fields"
- Add a optional box-color option(s).

Create stronger definition or integration between School of Choice and Online Enrollment
Right now, external School of Choice requires the creation of a "stub" record in STU, then the parent has to go through Online Enrollment (if they can due to address issues), then get imported to the incorrect school and transferred to the correct school
This is not a good user experience. Parents should be able to seamlessly use online enrollment and school of choice without the creation of stub records.

Online Enrollment - Highlight state reporting fields during import
Please highlight state reporting fields during import from online enrollment. This would help staff know which fields they need to pay close attention to during import rather than finding missing or bad data later.

Add a button to authorize the secure transfer of enrollment records between Aeries schools in different districts
When a student is enrolled in an Aeries school and now wants to matriculate into another Aeries school (for instance, moving from a middle school to a high school in a different district), allow for a parent to authorize the secure transfer of their enrollment records and any other necessary data to the second school.
This would save the family from needing to go through re-enrollment again and having to upload the same set of documents they already provided to the first school.
