  1. Transcripts and Long Descriptions for ACT codes

    Enhance the spacing on the one column transcript after the Date and before Hours columns so longer descriptions of Events for ACT.CD and ACT.RS combined will display in full.

  2. Transcripts Do Not Print When Cohort Does Not Have a Primary GPA

    As of the 12/21/2023 update single-column transcripts will not print from the Transcripts page or from View All Reports when the Transcript Definition > GPA Options > Print Which Term GPA is set to "Applicable Primary District GPA" and the student's cohort does not have a Primary GPA set up in GPA Configurations.

  3. Course History institutions (CHI) - Add a method to "move" CHI referenced records to new CHI number

    Course History institutions (CHI) is a "mess" in our installation, as historically users entered data with misspellings or not checking to see if it was already there. It's tedious and "dangerous" to consolidate and realign these CHI records and the referenced records. Please provide a way to combine and/or move referenced records to a new CHI number?

  4. Transcripts - Edit all records in one term at the same time

    Open a term and be able to edit all transcript marks, schools, etc at one time instead of manually opening each transcript record individually.

  6. College Articulation - Credit Hours Criteria Needed for Transcript TTP

    When we add College Articulations(CCC) on transcripts as Things to Print (TTP), Aeries uses the following CCC fields as a criteria to enable printing:
    CCC.RPT - Required Mark Points (1,2,3,4)
    CCC.FGO - Required on Final Grade Only (y/n)
    CCC.RCC - Required Credit Comp (e.g. 5.00)

    We would like an additional requirement criteria for Credit Hours used to enable printing. This would look for a minimum value in the HIS.CH (Credit Hours) field.

    Currently all of our students that receive a minimum mark in an articulated class have College articulation printing on their transcript. However, there are some additional requirements that…

  7. Print School Leave Date on Transcript if Student Is an End of Year Leaver

    If a student leaves at the end of a school year, the leave date does not print on the transcript. This is an issue for current and future enrollment verification purposes.

  8. Remove the Limit Grade Range option button and always show/print grade 9-12 (based on grade levels at school)

    We hate that the limit grade range low grade and high grade doesn't seem to stick to default 9-12. Please either remove the option button and always limit to 9-12. Off Course grades will still print no matter what the grade range. We really want the high grade to always be 12. Thank you.

  9. Copy From Summer School

    HI Team,

    Please create a LOG entry when someone runs "Copy From Summer School". There's no way for me to track who ran this process when creating duplicates in HIS table.

    Any ADD to Transcripts should also be captured in LOG.

  10. Transcripts - Courses are sorted by the MARK and not by the Course Name

    Students taking Summer Classes like Spanis 3 A / 3 B and they recived a Mark of [A-] in 3 A and [A] in 3 B will have the Courses sorted based on the Mark and not the Course Name which looks very odd on the transcript.

  11. Transcripts/Mass Add save the date you were last using like it does for the School/Term/Grade

    Under Transcripts when you select Mass Add and enter the year/term/grade and then add the courses and then return to add more
    It remembers the School, Term, and Student Grade but it puts the current year as a default. In the past, the last year you were working on was saved. How can we change this so it works like it did in the past? This setup now makes it too easy to make errors.

  12. TX - Disable Transcript Averaging for Certain Courses

    Add function that allows user to specify at the course-level whether course should be included in transcript averaging. For example, if a student completes a credit recovery course, that course should not average with the original course. Another possible solution would be to average based on course number rather than PEIMS ID.

  14. Transcript Report for all students

    Please allow an option for the report to be run for all student grade levels sorted alphabetically by grade level by counselor.
    If a counselor has multiple grade levels, the report currently prints alphabetically by student and grade levels need to be hand sorted. It would be nice if the report could be run 1 time instead of individual grade levels sorted by counselor.

  17. We would like a report option to print transcripts with the students immunization record on the reverse side of the page.

    We would like the option to print transcripts with the immunization record on the reverse side of the page. This would help with student records retention. The transcript and immunization record are permanent records, required to be kept indefinitely. Many schools are running out of space to store these records. If the two could be combined front to back it would save on storage space.

    Aeries allows for immunizations to be included on the transcript.  This can be set up on the Transcript Definition > Things to Print tab. If you are using the 3-column transcript there are some limitations to how much can be printed in the the Things to Print area, you may want to look into using the Enhanced 1-column transcript.

  18. Ability for Current Secondary Teachers to see Past Teachers of their students in Grades or Transcripts

    Our High School Teachers would like to be able to look in Grades, or Transcripts, of their Students and see the Teacher of record for that past course.

  19. Create a report that contains GPA calculations per term

    When you print a transcript, you can see each term (per year) contains a GPA calculation. Though on Aeries, there is no report that contains this kind of data, it is something we have to calculate on a spreadsheet. Would be helpful to have a report within Aeries can be adjusted and downloaded that contains GPA calculations based on the term you select from previous years, not just recent.

  20. Transcripts - Display student's legal and preferred name

    With student identity at the forefront, student's are changing their names in Aeries, we move legal name to the LSI fields for legal name and gender, but on transcripts students have to choose either to have their preferred name listed (unofficial transcript) or legal name shown (official transcript). I am requesting the option to add preferred name to show up along with legal name - basically allow both names to be listed on the transcript instead of choosing one or the other.
