  1. Add Incident ID’s to Discipline similar to Assertive Discipline

    Currently, it isn’t possible to connect students that are involved in the same discipline incident, like you can with Assertive Discipline. Is it possible to submit a request to Aeries to add a feature like that so that they can anonymously connect multiple students to an incident?

  3. Assertive Discipline-Allow to upload a picture to an incident

    Add a way to upload a picture to a discipline incident. For example if there was a vandalism and we could take a picture of that vandalism and upload it to the discipline incident it is tied to.

    Suspension letter - Enhance so If 2 ADS codes have the exact same description in SOC allow them to print together. Currently it only prints one code.

  9. Pre-Referral Intervention - don't create a blank record

    When entering a new record in Interventions or Pre-Interventions and you don't enter any data, then click away from the page without clicking the cancel button, a new record is created with no data. Can you please not save an empty Interventions or Pre-Interventions?

  10. PBIS Page for Documenting Behaviors for Teacher Referrals

    PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) is a discipline methodology and practice that we would like to have incorporated in either discipline or interventions pages. If there was a page to document behaviors - positive & negative, to be able to run daily reports for the PBIS teams to use data to form decisions about students behavior and to create interventions before it becomes an assertive discipline issue. There are some data elements available on different pages, but not all in one place or available in reports/dashboards to work in the way we would like it to. This would be…

  11. Assertive Discipline - Ability to Enter multiple dispositions without having to Save after each one

    Currently the user has to click "Save" after each Administrative Decision (Dispositions) after entering a Violation. For instance if a student violated mask wearing and a warning and conference was performed, the user has to Add New Administrative Decision, enter Conference, click Save; Repeat the process to select Warning.

    It would be more efficient if it was possible to enter multiple Administrative Decisions and click Save once to enter all the dispositions.

  12. Page of Ed Codes for back of Suspension letter

    One of our sites mentioned that they are required to have the list of codes for the back of their suspension letters. Currently they have to print out their suspension letter then print on the back side of the page to include the codes. Could this be an automatic option to include a code page?

    Consider adding a district option to remove SSA dates after three years. Allow districts to decide if that want the date updated automatically. Currently, it needs to be managed manually.

  15. Discipline - More Fields

    We want to pilot this with our staff but we were wondering if the following features could be added to that page to make it more functional? They include:

    1. Time of the incident (like in assertive discipline)
    2. Location of the incident (like in assertive discipline)
    3. The ability to sort entries by staff member
    4. Expanded drop down list (maybe some of the ones that were deleted from assertive discipline could be appropriate here)
    5. Email generation to admin when something is added

  16. Create a "Behavioral Snapshot" that incorporates DIS, ADS, INV and CNF all on one page

    It would be really awesome if there was a "One Stop Shop" for all behavioral tables. This page would be a place where one can go and see all Discipline, Assertive Discipline, Intervention and Counseling notes/narrative for a particular student. This way, an admin or counselor can go to one page and see the whole picture for a student's behavior and all steps already taken.

  17. Print button for individual Discipline records

    Add a print button when entering an individual discipline record instead of having to print all discipline records. Note: This is Discipline (not Assertive Discipline). There is currently no way to print an individual record.

  18. Assertive Discipline - Add a Field in Disposition to track name of admin making decisions

    We have a referrer field on the assertive discipline record, but there is no place to put who was the counselor/principal/etc that made the administrative decision.
    OUSD tracks this information on a paper sheet filled out by the teacher, and completed by the admin. However, we have no place in Aeries to assign the admin that completed the record. We would have to go back to the paper to find out which admin made the decision on the dispositions.

  20. (Mask) Discipline Letter - Multiple Letters for Offenses

    Update Discipline Letter Text Editor to allow for Discipline XX 1 (English and Spanish) and Discipline XX 2 (English and Spanish). Currently, when these two letters are created and utilized, discipline only reverts to the most recent, which would be Discipline XX 2 (English/Spanish). It does not allow us to select Discipline XX 1 as a first offense as it selects Discipline XX 2 (English/Spanish). If these letters are named differently, then the letters can be generated. Please make it where the letters with similar names and different verbiage can be utilized.
