Please add a place to enter victims and witnesses from the assertive discipline page, rather than having to add the victims and witnesses records to the individual students.

It would be great to have the ability to add Victim and Witness records from the Assertive Discipline page rather that just having a reference to the student. Having cross-page functionality would be helpful for the administrators to enter all the necessary information at once rather than having to remember to go to multiple pages.
