CALPADS 2026–27: New Job Classification Codes for Staff Job Assignments
To align with CALPADS 2026–27 requirements, Aeries will update the Job Classification Code options available in Staff Job Assignments. New codes will be added for:
13 – Teacher: Instructional Assignments
14 – Teacher: Non-Instructional Assignments

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 8/25/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Staff > Job Assignments: Updated Job Classification Code options in the Job Assignments modal to comply with AY 2026-27 CALPADS requirements. Added codes 13 (Teacher: Instructional Assignments) and 14 (Teacher: Non-Instructional Assignments); retired codes 12, 25, 26, and 27.
