Add 2026 AP Student Datafile Layout changes for 2026 AP Scores

Workaround: Add Code to Local Code table -
AP codes can be added to local codes using the Update Code Table page > Table = CTS Field = ST1. Set amount to 4.0

Hello, I wanted to let you know that development has started on this item, and it will be shipped when testing is completed.
Workaround: AP codes can be added as a Local Code using the Update Code table page.
Select Table = CTS, Field = ST1. Add the new code and description and set the amount to 4.0. The new code will display in the dropdown on the College Entrance Tests page under the AP tab.

I compared the College Board’s 2025 and 2026 AP Student Datafile specifications. The underlying CSV structure has not changed: both files contain 244 fields, and the field positions, names, lengths, and required/optional status remain the same.
The 2026 update require only changes to Aeries’ reference values:
• Exam Code 70 = Networking
• Exam Code 71 = Cybersecurity
• Irregularity Code 30 = Score projected from a portion of the examThis does not appear to require a full redesign of the AP import layout and only a minor upodate. Can someone please respond and explain why this core feature of your platform is taking so long to update? With Thanks.

When will this critial import update be completed? It is not an enhancement request.... the annual importing of test data is necessary and should be accomplished within a known timeline after datafile schema has been provided.

It would be nice if we could import test scores timely. Having to wait for the test/data layout does create some complications when needing the score data.

Please update importer for SAT Scores to include those received in the 2025-26 SY.
