Aeries please provide an update to this critical need. The SBG standards definition permits multiple language to be entered in for correspondence. This feature is built into your system. It generates Spanish language report cards correctly, but is non-functional for Chinese.

Can Aeries please explain what the purpose is in being able to 1) select Chinese as a translatable language 2) have the translation entered into Standards Configurations, if those actions achieve nothing. Do the very same thing for Spanish allows for report card printing in that language. This feels highly deceiving to have an interactive feature of the platform, but then to call it an enhancement. Why is it there to begin with if it is not usable?

This functionality would make the Test Scores page look more professional and provide needed readability to educators.

i-Ready Performance Levels once imported to Aeries are reversed, with Level 1 showing as the highest achievement. That is incorrect. In California, the Smarter Balanced (SBAC) exams in ELA and Math are scored from Level 1 to Level 4, with Level 4 being the highest. The English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) is also scored the same. Many districts make use of standards-based grading rubrics for their local report cards, which also use higher numbers to represent greater proficiency and lower numbers indicating lower performance. This is also the case with i-Ready and educators are confused by why i-Ready's placement of "3 or More Grade Levels Below" is being represented by a Performance Level 5 within Aeries.

The current PFT interface for teachers requires the recording of more information than what is required by statute. Staff provides scores to the students day-of, but only needs to record participation. Please update to be in line with current guidance.
