Update SSID Extract Import to Match the CALPADS Layout

This issue has been resolved with the 4/29 release. Here are the pertinent revision notes:
- School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts: On the Identifiers tab, the Load SSID process has been updated to accept the CALPADS SSID layout change released to LEAs on 4/22/2025.

Not sure why we need to vote for something that should have already been updated. CALPADS meets with vendors on a regular basis and this was planned and scheduled weeks, if not months, in advance. During the Spring CALPADS quarterly meeting, CALPADS announced that this feature would be implemented on 4/22/2025.

We are a bigger district and starting CAASPP testing so adding SSIDs manually until this is fixed is very inconvenient.
