Hello, this idea has been completed in the 4/18/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Student Data > Other > Internships - The following changes were made according to recent updates to Work Based Learning requirements for the 2023-2024 CALPADS EOY submission:
- In the Work-Based Learning Type field, the message "(NO LONGER IN USE BEGINNING 2024-25)" is now displayed for Code 30 because the code is being retired by CALPADS in 2024-2025.
- The Employer Evaluation field now includes Code 5-Not Provided by Employer.
School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts (EOY tab) - When creating the Work-Based Learning file, if student records exist with Work-Based Learning Type 10-Internships, the Course Code is now extracted in the WBLR file for field 21.12. It is now a requirement to include either CTE codes or Work Experience codes (9500, 9501, 9502). See CALPADS EOY WBLR or CALPADS Cross Reference by Extract.
