Update API V5 Parentsquare endpoint to not include the TCH table when matching ID to UGN.SID when school is Flex or Section Staff
Adjust the API Staff endpoint for Parentsquare to not look at the TCH table for schools that are Flex or Section Staff only. The ID should pull from the Section Staff (SSE) and/or Staff (STF) tables and matched to the UGN.SID.

Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 8/11/2022 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
- Aeries API - In certain cases at Section Staff schools, the Staff endpoint of the Aeries API (version 5) referenced Teacher table records (TCH) when determining staff school access, fixed. The endpoint now references Staff (STF) table records. See Aeries Communications - ParentSquare - Aeries Mapping.
