Display Work in Progress by Semesters
When viewing Work In Progress for Fall term - there is no distinction for the which courses are current and which courses are planned for the Spring term.

Add Page numbers and headers to Enhanced (1-Column) Transcript
The new enhanced 1-column transcript does not have page numbers, or basic information such as student ID on every page. Adding this information will help ensure that pages don't give mixed up when printing a lot of them at once. It will also ensure the recipient of a transcript has received all pages.

To sort transcripts by advisement.
When running the “print student transcript report options” I would like to be able to sort transcripts by Advisement. In the past, I could sort by the teacher and then period and choose the numerical period during which Advisement is held. However, I do not appear to have the option to choose the “TA” flex period.
Since this report will not sort by the TA flex period, I am forced to run the report 83 times, once for each section of Advisement.

Transcript Definition -- Option to Hide Contact Information
Alternative Ed schools need to have a way of “hiding” the student address on the transcript printout.
Probation is concerned about the safety of having students’ home address and other demographics printed with the transcripts.
Specifically would like to add to the demographics section of the transcript definition:
Hide Parent Name
Hide Parent Address

Average Transcript Mark by Course Sequence
Single Semester courses with a course sequence of DO and 0 should not be averaged together.

Student name also listed on side of transcript
Our sites would like the ability to also print the student's name on the lower right side of the transcript so that when they file it, they can easily read the student's name. Currently, they are printing a label and attaching it to the transcript which is time consuming.

Mass Print Transcripts with Last Name, First Name as title
Counselors need to Submit many transcripts each year to colleges. We know there is a Mass Print option for Transcripts, but it makes all the Transcripts print as 1 file. We would like transcripts to be individual files automatically named with the Student's Last Name, First Name for convenience. Downloading individual transcripts and renaming each file is very time consuming. This is not urgent, but would be greatly appreciated in the future.

Roll transcript updates forward to future years
Because the earlier rollover happens in the middle of summer school, repeat tags that are added based on summer grades have to be entered in two databases, causing extra labor and a greater chance of data errors. This is a special case of another idea, but one that is looming on the horizon. Like to keep those counselors busy helping students instead of doing double data entry!

Move TTP to Top of Transcript
At the request of our Board Members to show the PUSD Pathway a student is graduating from on the Transcript, we are using the Transcript Definition, TTP, Demographics, STU.U7, to identify the PUSD Pathway a student is participating in. Because it shows up at the very bottom of the TTP box, and often gets lost in the long list of Test scores, we are requesting the ability to show some TTP options at the TOP of the Transcript, near the Comment area. UC/CSU Change for area D science subject requirement
UCOP has changed the 'D' requirement from Laboratory Science to just Science. They would like us to update Aeries with this change on the College Entrance Req's page and on the Courses page, California Specific Fields tab.

Transcript Indicator Visible In Other Tables
The Transcript Indicator is a great addition to identifying aspects of courses. It would be great to have the option to turn this feature on in other tables such as Classes, CAR, Master Schedule, Grades and Teacher Attendance Portal. An example is Dual Enrollment courses. They may have the same Course Title for a school but their elements are different. Having the Transcript Indicator visible in other tables would make it easier for office staff and teachers to know the difference in courses without having to change their specific course titles. Transcripts - Add a Print Option to Ignore Off Grade Courses
Our Counselors want certain middle school courses on the high school transcript but only during June and not throughout the entire year. It would be great if we could create a new transcript definition to include those classes from the Off Grade Courses table. We would need a way to identify courses to stay on the transcript always and courses we want to print as an alternative transcript definition choice.

Transcript Credits by Category
In the view screen for transcript, showing total credits by category in the title bar would be very helpful. In the print version each term shows subtotals, the view display should also.

Transcript Definition - Add Reporting Home School Address
In Transcript Definition when selecting Reporting Home School under "Name Under Transcript Title" can the Reporting Home School address display as well.

Allow Hiding of Class Ranking by Grade Level
The trend in education is to no longer report class rank on the transcript. Our district would like to slowly remove this option from the transcript starting with the current 9th graders. Currently Aeries does not offer a grade level option in the ranking system. We would like to see Aeries add this grade level to the ranking option. This would allow us to slowly eliminate over the next four years.

Prior Year Grade Report/Transcript Changes - Auto Update Future Year Transcripts and Report Card History
When a grade is changed, users are given the opportunity to update the transcript (grade history). When a grade is changed in a past year, it would be useful if users were given the opportunity to both update the report card history (and have that roll forward to the new year) and the new year's transcript data, too.
