TOMS EDS: Translation Glossary (NEDS) Default Language
Can the default state of this drop-down be set to blank/null? Instead of defaulting to a language (Arabic), we request that the system display a warning message or validation error (e.g., "Please select a language") to remind the user to make an active selection before saving/uploading.

Ability to move Navigation Menu to Right side of screen
As the title says, a small, but nice update would be to able to choose to have the Menu on the Right side or Left side of the screen.

Long running process visibility page
Have a nightly processes that checks for possibly "hung" long running processes that have not completed within a reasonable time.
For example:
We just found that an "Update Attendance History" process was started in October (3 months prior), but never completed.
This also prevented the Scheduled process from running, so our AHS values were very out of date!If the system was monitoring for these types of interrupted processes and alerting someone... this could have been found and resolved much earlier!!

Graduation Status Letter: Enable Multi-Language Translation for Subject Areas on Graduation Status Letter
Subject Area names on the Graduation Status Letter are currently pulled directly from REQ.SA as raw text, which does not support translations. To fully support non-English Correspondence Languages, an enhancement is required to store and retrieve translations for Subject Areas.

Allow School of Choice grade selection option
It would be helpful if there was a way to manage what grade levels to allow for School of Choice at specific schools. For instance, we do not want the Pre-school option for transfers, but allow that grade level in the district.

I've determined that the grade selection for School of Choice, whether from the parent's Request entry form or the SOC Management form, pulls from the student options in the COD table. Provide a demo database or queries to establish one so that staff can create training materials
As Aeries has removed the demo instance with randomized data, districts require a method to create bespoke training materials on their own, such as covering specific processes and methods of using and interacting with Aeries within the district. Such training materials must not include FERPA protected information, thus the requirement for a "demo" or "training" sandbox with non-student data, eg the Screaming Eagle schools in the now removed demo instance of Aeries.
How this relates directly to Aeries as a product: District personnel must be trained in the effective use of Aeries, available documentation does not and cannot cover all…

Sort Schools Drop-down in Specific Order or by Categories
Allow for the School sites to be sorted in a specific order or by categories. For example, regular schools would be at the top and summer schools would be in a separate category below or have the ability to sort the Schools drop-down in a specific order. At the current moment, schools sites are sorted in alphabetical order. If this is not possible, give Districts the ability to hide visibility of summer school databases until they are ready to be used.

Please freeze header row on Define Fields to Sync/Lock page
Please freeze from the header row (which includes Field Name, Description, Sync Changes to Field, and Lock Fields in Pre-Enrolled Records) to the top of the Define Fields to Sync/Lock page so that as you scroll down, you can easily click Save instead of having to scroll to the top to Save. And see which column you are syncing or locking.

Profile Page should default to user set viewing options
Profile Page should default to user-set viewing options. Currently, viewing options reset with each page change. This causes repeated and unnecessary keystrokes.

Absent Work
Every time a student is absent it should mark it as Absent instead of missing in purple and does not affect the grade yet. The teacher can choose how many days till it becomes missing after the student comes back to school. The system already knows who is not at school so this should be easy. After the assignment is due it should then turn into missing assignment and affect the grade.

Global Messages - New UI Cuts Off Images
Prior to the UI if a Global message had an image the full image and message were displayed on the home page.
After the UI staff, parents, and students need to click on the message to view the entire message and image. This defeats the purpose of capturing staff, parents, and students' attention for an important event or message.

Update the ACT codes to only show on certain Types
Would like to update the ACT codes to only show on certain Types. Texas uses certain Codes under different types. They would like to add new codes based on the different Types and not be added to all lists.

Red Flag Eligibility Screen
When we put a student on Academic Probation it makes them ineligible for any extracurricular activities, including sports. It would be really beneficial to know a student is on academic probation and ineligible with a reg flag instead of having to know which students are on probation by running a query.

Define Required Fields Visitation Table
We'd like to be able to define required fields on the Visitation table to make sure we're capturing necessary data. Really, this should be available for all tables.

CCGI Extract - Course Level mapping options
Currently, the CCGI Extract page only lets you map HIS and SEC by terms. We have unique courses that need to be mapped individually, so it would be nice for the extract to somehow allow for more flexible mapping of the WIP and Terms being sent to CCGI.
Example - We are a Trimester-based Scheduling school, but the courses are technically "Semester" length courses (earning 5 credits). This means many of the T2 sections of courses can either be considered S1 or S2; however, the extract only allows to map it to one or the other.

Single Year Capstone Course mark students as participants through Career Pathways Management
Under Career Pathways Management, you can't mark a student as a participant for Single Year Capstone course(s). Depending on how many students are in the Career Pathway, having to go through each student to manually mark them as a participant or a completer is a waste of time management. The filtering on the Career Pathway Management page should be able to identify students in single-year capstone courses and allow you to click the Participant option.

Dark Mode highlighting and searching
When doing sibiling lookup in standard mode, the data that matches the current selected student in highlighted in green. This is not offered in Dark Mode.
Also, when doing a reverse lookup in Dark Mode, the text colors of the reverse lookup bubble are too light and you can not read it. Can the text inside the bubble be dark so that we can read the bubble?

Allow for alphanumeric codes in LCN.CD for Record Request Transfer
Use alphanumeric rather than strictly numeric codes for LCN.CD was that on the School Options page, the sorting of the items is alpha--for example: 1,10,11,12,2,21,22 instead of 1,2,11,12,21,22 don't sort logically, and need leading zeros to make more useful.
Right now, having any alphanumeric codes in LCN.CD causes the Print Request letter to fail and throw the following error.

Career Pathways (CTE) Widget
The Career Pathways widget under the profile screen is currently only triggered to display if a student has a CTE record. I’d like to recommend making this trigger customizable, allowing districts the flexibility to activate it based on CTE-tagged courses instead.
