  1. Allow the use of physical tokens for MFA i.e. UbiKey

    Allow the use of physical tokens like a UBI Key for MFA when authenticating to the site. Using Authy or something else sounds great but that requires a cell phone and some users do not want to use their personal device and are not compensated for it. Furthermore, Authy has eliminated their desktop app.

  2. Letters ability to have custom logo/letterhead on top and footer

    Letters should have the ability to have the custom logos, and leaderhead at the top and bottom of letters. Make it so that you can load up your custom logo/letterhead and footer images. These should be available for District letters and School letter.

  3. Add User ID + User Name to CPE & CPO Tables

    The Career Pathway Experience (CPE) and Career Pathway Outcomes (CPO) tables are essential to work based learning reporting. The addition of user ID and user name to both CPE & CPO tables would help better track which teachers are imputing WBL data.

    These fields already exist in the Internship (ISP) table (ISP.IUI & ISP.IUN) and are extremally helpful for WBL data analytics.

  4. Survey Audit pages - Add "Date Enrolled" option for Eligibility Date

    On the Residence, Foster and Military Survey Audit pages, add "Date Enrolled" as an option for the Eligibility Date. This would help align PGM dates with enrollment dates.

  8. School of Choice - Residence School (SCR.HS)

    Currently the Residence School (SCR.HS) field codes pull from the School of Choice #1 (SCR.SC1) field codes. Districts need to be able to list all residence schools as choices, but have them not all be available as schools of choice. With the current code design for SCR.HS to pull from SCR.SC1, this is not possible. Please consider making SCR.HS pull from its own code value.

  10. Ability to pin your schools to the top of the school drop down list

    It would be incredibly helpful if itinerant staff were able to pin their schools to the top of the school drop down list. I work in a relatively large school district with over 70 schools. It would save so much time to be able to open the school list, see my assigned schools pinned to the top, click and go.

  12. Add logic when setting term dates to not allow a date before the start date

    When setting terms dates I ran into an issue where I was able to set a term end date that started before the start date. Example Start: 1/10/2024 and End: 1/05/2024. Programming to stop this conflict should be a standard.

  13. Course History Institutions list does not scroll completely.

    The Course History Institutions list does not scroll all the way thru (only to 1950 in our case), so if the user doesn't do the search exactly, they might assume a district/school hasn't been added. We should be able to scroll thru the entire list of Institutions.

  14. Co-Teacher identification in different screens

    Students can view co-teachers (TCH#2) on the classes and grades screen, but not on the profile, gradebook summary, or printed report cards. Teachers, parents, and students are asking for these screens to be update to view the second teacher (TCH#2).

  16. Make STU.GC not available in Update Code table since it does not work.

    Request to have Aeries put in a warning message maybe in the Update Code Table screen for GC or to make it so that we cannot add GC to the Update Code Table (not having it as an option), since adding GC codes in the Update Code table does not make the STU.GC a drop down.

  20. Certification Result to show without having to open the record

    Can Aeries add a space to view the Certification Result on the Activities and Awards screen?
    At first glance, it looks like this kid got the ServSafe Manager Certification and needs to have a performance acknowledgment added but When you open the record you can see that he actually failed the exam.
