Auto populate last updated username and date timestamp info for Medical Log, Medical Notes, Medications, and Counseling
Auto populate the username and date time stamp to include modified by and modified when, in fields where the initials/or name need to be selected from a dropdown: Example, Medical log, Medical Notes, Medications, Counseling. Some areas like Attendance notes, Contacts and Discipline Records already have some of these features.

Records Request - Make Letter Text Editable
Records Request Log - We would like the option to edit the text of the records request letter that gets printed from the Records Request Manager page. We want to remove the sentence that says - "please do not send the cumulative file unless specified". It is confusing to some schools.

Associate a color with code any table to allow better visual reference of important codes.
Adding color to a specific field allow users to see it right away. Similar to the color coding for attendance codes but for other codes. Example; Medical log - highlight or color yellow the code for a positive COVID result.
As the medical log can be quite long this would allow for a quick visual of important codes.

Enable a Dark Mode setting for Aeries
Please allow Aeries web portals and apps to have a dark mode setting. Those of us who use Aeries all day would enjoy less eye strain and more contrast.

Add a field for staff to document interactions with stakeholders
As a Registrar/Sr. Secretary I have a lot of contact with parents and students via phone, email, or in-person. I would like a place in Aerires to have ongoing documentation of the contact. Currently, there is a place for Counseling to document interactions but not for secretaries, etc.

Add Student Groups to Send Email Options
Teachers need an option to pick a Student Group when adding recipients. This option should also be available for staff accounts, in addition to teachers.

Include Database Group Name at the top of the screen
We have to use a separate database for summer school and are constantly toggling between the two. It would be nice to know which database you are currently logged into to make sure you aren't doing work in the wrong database.

Custom Table support for Staff
Currently custom tables in Aeries can be student-related only. Please expand custom tables to support tables linked to the STF (Staff) table.

Timeout - Start counting by how long user is Inactive on a page
Hello can the timeout go off of how many minutes you are inactive on a page, versus how long you have been on a page? I could be clicking away adding data and editing and the timeout popup comes on when the whole time I was very active on the page.

Add Schedule Group on the Student Information Bar
Display the Scheduling Group field so we can see if they are Hybrid, In-person or DL so we can see it when we are doing attendance or other tasks. Adding this to the Student Information bar, General tab, would be a solution that would make it appear on every page in Aeries.

Option for single label from demographics page
It would be very helpful to be able to have a print label option under the printer dropdown on the demographics page. It would be so useful in printing labels upon enrollment of a new student.

Permission to put Red flag on graduation status page without giving permission to change graduation requirements
Please allow districts to choose to give permission to users to put Red flags on the graduation status page without having to give them update rights to REQ table which allows them to then change graduation requirements.

My Tasks - Ability to add Links
It would be great if we were able to add links in My Tasks on the home screen. This would allow us to add a link to a daily workflow document or other types of documents we need quick access to.

Add red flag visibility to the Teacher Class Attendance page
If a Red Flag is added for a student, have it display on the teacher's Class Attendance page for each student, by highlighting the Perm ID or another area in red, similar to the SSA Date functionality.

Link personal school calendar to Aeries Calendar
It would be great if we had the ability to link our personal school calendar to the Aeries Calendar this way we only have to input information on one calendar versus multiple. I do not use the Aeries calendar as I would have to make double the entries, but it would be nice to have everything on the dashboard.
