Alternate course options in the individualized academic plan
Please create option for alternate course requests to be inputted in the Individualized Academic Plan. When courses roll into course requests from academic plan, you still have to go into course requests and get alternates from students. Right now it is only available in course requests. It could be more user friendly and having that feature in academic plan would be so helpful!

Set Academic Plan status to blank after new window opens
At the beginning of a new Academic Plan entry window, all of the previously "approved" records move to the "No Action" column. However, the status on the Academic Plan page still says "Approved" for these plans that are now in the No Action column. Please update the Academic plans with the correct status for consistency.

Academic Plan Show Grade for transcript courses
Currently the Academic Plan shows courses transcript courses the student has taken. It would be nice to also show the grade the student received in these courses as well.
Ex: Failed Courses Academic Plan-student earned a D in spring semester Biology, which shouldn't count toward meeting A-G. but on his academic plan, it shows that it does count (UC College Requirements tab). This is misleading for students, parents, and school staff.105 votes -
Academic Plan Counselor summary limited to the Current Year
The other thing that Counselors have commented to me is that the Summary would be more useful if the numbers in each column could apply to a time period (e.g. one year). Our Counselors would like our student/Families to review/revise their Academic Plan EACH YEAR before scheduling. It would be helpful for them if the Columns Approved, Pending Submission, Pending Approval, & No Action could be limited to a certain time period (like the current Academic Year). When we reject a student request, is there a way to put a note back to them stating why when we reject it? Otherwise, students continue to add it back to the plan and I go back and forth with a student adding and deleting classes

Academic Plan and Summer Courses
The academic plan has the option to input courses for a summer term. We would like to leverage that in the same way the plan can be used to import course request during scheduling for year, fall or spring courses. If there was a was to take the summer courses that are put into the plan and import them into summer school course request that would save some time for the students that failed a class the first semester.

Students take summer school at the beginning of the academic year in some districts. Can we show the summer term column first before each grade, rather than after?

Allow to add additional Requirement tabs for planning to meet Academy requirements
Similar to the UC/CSU Tabs, allow for creating Academy requirements which would show progress towards meeting the Academy requirements. We have 5 Academies presently.
