Mass Add Academic Plan to Students
Add ability to mass add academic plan to a group of students. An example is incoming 9th graders.

This is something our district has been wanting the counselors to do for years! I have held off on doing it because the Academic Plan is NOT very user friendly and it creates a lot more work for the counselors. It woulde be much easier if we could mass add classes so when we go into the 9th grade classrooms to present this, the "must have" classes are already there. We also need to be able to mass accept the plans. My site couselors have a caseload of 380 students. This will be extremely time consuming to sit here and accept all of the plans. If you create something in the system, make it worth our time and energy to actually use it.

Our counselors are delaying the usage of Academic Plan due to the system restriction. This is causing many other college and career initiatives in our district.

This looks like a 5 year old idea that has been discussed at the Aeries conference and in the forums. Unfortunately there never seems to be any updates or movement on this idea (unless I have missed it). This would be very helpful if it is something that could be done.

Our high schools use Academic Plans and really need a way to mass add Academic Plan courses to incoming 9th graders since there are courses they must take.
