Academic Plan Show Grade for transcript courses
Currently the Academic Plan shows courses transcript courses the student has taken. It would be nice to also show the grade the student received in these courses as well.
Ex: Failed Courses Academic Plan-student earned a D in spring semester Biology, which shouldn't count toward meeting A-G. but on his academic plan, it shows that it does count (UC College Requirements tab). This is misleading for students, parents, and school staff.

Following up on this great idea. Has there been any progress made towards it? A-G preparedness is a key metric we are tracking, but it is hard to identify through student Academic Plans since D grades are still showing as completed.

Please delete or better yet indicate student grades under planner for D grades under CSU/UC tab. Currently, D grades show up as Green or passed under the CSU/UC A-G course requirements. This is not accurate and misleading for A-G. Works for HS Graduation but D grades are not passing, unless validation rules are applicable.

My preference: the failed course remains, color-coded in gray. Additionally, if the mark and credit printed on each course from HIS. So for example, a failed course would say Mark F Credit 0.00. A course that they passed would say Mark B Credit 5.00.

Can Failing classes and Ds be a different color and stay that color even after that semester is over (right now F’s just go away)
It would be very nice to have a pretty way to print the academic planner!
We would like a Lock button by column

I came to Ideas today to suggest omitting courses with D or F from UC/CSU tabs, but I like the idea to make them a different color so we can see at a glance what has been taken.

I agree 100%! I would also like to see the grade.

How about a gray color for classes that were failed? AND an Under UC or CSU where a D or F was earned it can also be gray?

It would be nice if failed classes showed up in the academic plan with a different color code. This would make a better visual representation for students/counselors to know what students still need in order to graduate.

1) Show Grades & Credits for Completed Courses
2) Show Current Grades From Gradebook For Current CoursesThis will allow counselors to stay on the Academic Plan Page when determine to accept or reject a student/parent change request. Without this counselors must go to the transcript page and gradebook
