Academic Plan Counselor summary limited to the Current Year
The other thing that Counselors have commented to me is that the Summary would be more useful if the numbers in each column could apply to a time period (e.g. one year). Our Counselors would like our student/Families to review/revise their Academic Plan EACH YEAR before scheduling. It would be helpful for them if the Columns Approved, Pending Submission, Pending Approval, & No Action could be limited to a certain time period (like the current Academic Year). Academic Plan and Summer Courses
The academic plan has the option to input courses for a summer term. We would like to leverage that in the same way the plan can be used to import course request during scheduling for year, fall or spring courses. If there was a was to take the summer courses that are put into the plan and import them into summer school course request that would save some time for the students that failed a class the first semester.

Academic Plan - Option to show summer term first
Students take summer school at the beginning of the academic year in some districts. Can we show the summer term column first before each grade, rather than after?

Allow to add additional Requirement tabs for planning to meet Academy requirements
Similar to the UC/CSU Tabs, allow for creating Academy requirements which would show progress towards meeting the Academy requirements. We have 5 Academies presently.

Academic Plan - Add Physical Fitness Pass/Fail Data
Please add the graphic/widget from the profile page that states whether a student has passed or not passed the California Physical Fitness Test (PFT) requirement to the bottom of the academic plan.

Academic Plan - Lock Courses by Grade Level
Ability to Lock the Academic Plan by grade level (not subject area) to increase efficiency for Counselors to meet with students before rolling over to Course Requests.
Counselors schedule by grade level and we would love the option to lock classes by grade level.

Academic Plan Enhancements
Making the Academic Plan more reflective of what is on the Graduation Status page would make it a much more useful tool.
- We have students attending more than one high school concurrently (either a comprehensive and a credit recovery or a comprehensive and a virtual). We would like to be able to view a student's current and planned courses at all schools on the AP.
- It would be less confusing to show the credits completed on the AP instead of the credits needed (so it would match what is on the GS page)
