Restrict who can select the Term and Mark on Copy Grades to Transcripts
On the Copy Grades to Transcripts (HIS) page, prevent campus users from selecting the wrong Term or Mark to Move (which can push incorrect data that then requires SQL to correct) by limiting those selections to users who hold the appropriate grade-reporting and transcript-setup permissions. District-level staff keep full control; campus users cannot change the values away from the correct ones.
