Import Test Results: Support Initial ELPAC 2026-27 file layout

Aeries Import Test Results does not yet support the 2026-27 Initial ELPAC and Initial Alternate ELPAC student data file layout published by the California Department of Education. The most recent supported layout does not recognize the new fields, the renamed fields, or the updated field positions in the 2026-27 specification, so a 2026-27 file cannot be imported and will either be rejected during column validation or load misaligned values.

NOTE: No changes are needed for importing the 26/27 Initial/Alternate ELPAC file. This means that the existing file layout will work for 2026/27 results. The only change needed is a label change.

    Our developer has completed reviewing the changes related to the 2026/27 Initial ELPAC and we have determined that no changes are needed for importing the 26/27 Initial/Alternate ELPAC file. This means that the existing file layout will work for 2026/27 results. The only change needed is a label change.

    Can all the importing layouts be updated yearly by Aeries or we have to request it every year? This is ongoing and we have staff waiting for this to be done to classify students.

    I Second everyone's comments. We start School earlier than many and we need this data imported to generate required notification letters or we are out of compliance.

    How soon can we expect this Import to be updated? We started school July 27 and we need the information imported so that we can generate Parent Letters.
