CALPADS 2026–27: Add Itinerant Teacher and Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher Indicators to CRSE/C Extracts
To support CALPADS 2026–27 reporting requirements, Aeries will add or identify fields to use for the Course Section Enrollment and Completion (CRSE/C) extracts:
9.37 – Itinerant Teacher (Y/N)
9.38 – Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher (Y/N)

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 9/8/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
Scheduling Process:
- Master Schedule: A new Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher Y/N field is now available on each course section, alongside the existing Itinerant Teacher field and highlighted as CA State Reporting Required. It captures the CALPADS field 9.38 (Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher) indicator for AY 2026-27.
- Scheduling Master: The same Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher field is available on each course section so the value carries forward into next-year scheduling.
- Master Schedule and Scheduling Master > Copy Section: Aeries now carries the Itinerant Teacher (IT) and Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher (POI) values to the new section when Copy Section is used on the Master Schedule and Scheduling Master. Both CALPADS 2026-27 teacher-role indicators are included in the copied section automatically, so staff can create the new section with those values already in place.
