Capture Student names and IDs on Google Forms
Add capturing STUDENT NAMES and ID NUMBERS when a student signs in or responds to a Google Form. This goes with adding the option of searching for multiple students using their email addresses.

The integration between Aeries and Google is only around the assigning and unassigning of student and staff email addresses. There are also ways to link gradebooks to Google Classroom. None of this touches on Google Forms. If you want a Google Form to collect a student's name and ID in addition to their email address, you can add those fields to the form and make them required. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate this idea in our system, so we will be declining this idea.
