TX ED-FI: Update Fixed Codes with 2025-2026 TWEDS Course Codes Changes (Service ID)
Update the Service ID field on the Courses page to reflect changes in state course codes, as required by 2025-2026 TWEDS updates to the Course Codes table.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 9/10/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Scheduling Process > Courses: The Service ID field on the Courses page has been updated to reflect changes in state course codes, as required by 2025-2026 TWEDS updates to the Course Codes table.
Note: Additional updates are pending from the TWEDS Post-Addendum publication as of 9/2/2025.
