TX Final Year Mark: Enhance Final Grade Calculation for Year Long Courses with the Same Service ID for Multiple Courses
When calculating average marks, the system currently only considers one prior and one current GRD record per Service ID. It does not account for scenarios where multiple GRD records exist for the same Service ID—either multiple current or multiple past marks—potentially leading to inaccurate grade averaging. Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and released to customers on 2/17/2026. Here are the relevant revision notes:
The Final Year Mark grading period calculation will now automatically calculate these additional scenarios:
- Year-long courses with the same Course Id (CRS.CN) and Service Id (CRS.SVC).
- Local courses with the same Course Id (CRS.CN) or Next Course (CRS.NC) with the same Service Id.
