Import Test Results - Add Summative ELPAC 2024-2025 File Layout
The Summative ELPAC scores will be available for import mid May 2025. Please add the ELPAC Test Results - SY: 2024-25 option to the Import Test Scores pull-down

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 05/13/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results: The ELPAC Summative test import was updated according to the 2024-2025 file layout.

Does this mean with the close of the ELPAC testing window? Why so late? Majority of the scores are already in.

As of May 8th ELPAC results are now in and we can not import test scores into Aeries.

To add to this thread, the first batch of results have been released today, 5/8/2025. It would be helpful to have the file layout added as soon as possible.

I do not understand why required file layouts for state tests have to become ideas and users to vote on to have the Layouts created. Shouldn't the company know to have the layout provided prior to the data coming out?

It would be great to have this available as soon as test score data files start to be received the middle of this month.
