Update USPS API for Address Look-Up Process
Enhance address verification within Aeries to ensure the USPS Lookup Tool accesses the correct USPS API.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 1/20/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- 3rd Party System Connections: Enabling USPS Address Verification will now require a Client ID and Secret Key in order to use the Zip Lookup tool. See 3rd Party System Connections
- Student Data > Demographics > Change Address button > Address Lookup Tool: Changes to the USPS API caused the Address Lookup Tool to route incorrectly, preventing address validation. The Lookup Tool now connects to the updated USPS API endpoint, restoring expected functionality. See USPS Zip Code Lookup
