Dynamic Student Groups at District Level
At the District Level, when a record is added that is part of a dynamic group, have the SGM record be created automatically when a student meets the group criteria without requiring navigation to the Student Groups page.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 9/10/25. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Groups: Dynamic Student Groups were previously not updating at the district level. Now, they update consistently at both the district and school levels.
