Define Custom Table - The "Field Type", "Edit Mode Display Width", and "Max Length" fields are not able to be edited on Add of a new field to a custom table

We are using custom table for multiple data entries from CAASPP opt-out to family engagement notes. Our school started on Wednesday and we are NOT able to modify our fields or create new fields for our new custom table.

This is pretty critical to the start of school. We haven't been able to edit or create custom tables in over a week. Our district needs to enter bus stops for students. Is there a SQL query we can use to get around this bug on the backend?
