During the Language questionnaire portion of Online Enrollment, we noticed that parents of TK/K students would answer yes to "Has this student previously attended a public school in California" because the student attended HeadStart or PreK. That means they are not filling out the HLS and now we have to reach out to get them to fill it out. We could turn the feature off as a district, but we were hoping to utilize it for all other grade levels.

Either the question can be adjusted to include a disclaimer, or perhaps have the feature where it can be turned on/off by grade level?
