Better data entry editing for Medical Date fields
Medical Dates especially screening dates should not be in the future.
Make sure entered dates are current or past.
Exclude medication schedules, medications, insurance dates and history.

Hello, this work item has been completed and was released on 5/19/26. Here are the relevant revision notes:
- Student Data > Health > Medical Log: The Medical Log now validates that the End Date and End Time cannot precede the Start Date and Time when saving a record. If a user enters an end date or time earlier than the start, the system prevents saving and displays a clear error message. Records with no end date, equal start and end times, or valid end dates after the start date are unaffected. See Daily Medical Log and Medical Log
