Hello, this item has been completed and shipped in the 3/2/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Texas State Reporting (Child Find) - In the StudentProgram interchange, the TX-EvaluationDelay tag type was renamed to TX-DelayReason. See StudentProgram Interchange - Field Mapping and Rules.
