Adjust the Course page at the district level to support sections in a Flex School
Update the Courses page at the district level to support Flex Scheduling section information. This includes both MST Classes and SMS Classes.

Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 4/14/22 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
- Courses - The Courses page at the district level now displays Flex Scheduling data on the MST and SMS tabs.
