Using Seating Chart Report for COVID Contact Tracing
Covid testing students who were sitting in the vicinity of a positive tested student need to be identified
The new and improved seating charts would be a great tool to assist with the process.
If a teacher creates their seating chart based on the Attendance by Photo - Old, then administrators are able to run the Classroom Photo/Seating Chart report. The newest version attendance by photo seating chart does not print.
Is there any means for us to make this capability available to anyone other than teachers? Admin, Office staff?

This would be fantastic ! Especially if we could use it in a Flex scheduling school and be able to run the report for the teacher without logging in to each teacher to print their seating charts.
